Free delivery is best viewed as “Kerb Site” and is as close to the desired location the lorry can access and safely unload. Siting (final position, jack and levelling of the unit) is not included within the purchase price, but can be arranged if you require this service. It will normally add £300+ to the cost of the caravan and is dependent on the complexity of the delivery.
We will position, jack up and level your home on its base. Our siting service does not include the connection of gas, water, waste or electric services. If the home is to be located on soft ground or slabs/pads (rather than a concrete base), it is likely to settle over time and become unlevelled. We can return and re-level such homes once they have settled, however this will be subject to an additional charge.
Yes you can; we have a fleet hire service available. Whilst we will deliver, jack and level the rental caravan, you will need to appoint an appropriate contractor to connect up the gas, water, waste and electric supply.

No; the reason they do not is that once a caravan is transported, any certificates they had would be invalid. You would need to contact a qualified engineer for the Gas or a qualified Electrician for the electrics at www.checkatrade.com. All of the appliances will need to be re-commissioned, tested and certified by the buyer/hirer post delivery.
