Get your site ready, from the base up, with one team you already trust.
A static caravan is only as good as the ground it sits on. We prepare sites for static caravans, mobile homes and park homes. That includes a level, solid base and the drainage, access and parking around it, so your caravan arrives at a pitch that’s ready for it.
We’re a family-run business and we’ve worked with static caravans since 1970. We already deliver and site caravans across the South East, so we know what makes a good pitch and what causes problems on delivery day. Now we can prepare the ground as well. You deal with one company from the first site visit until your caravan is in place.

Our groundwork services
- Caravan bases for single and twin units. You can have a full concrete base, or a more affordable strip base. A strip base is three concrete strips running across the width of the caravan, positioned under its main support points.
- Septic tanks and cesspools for sites without mains drainage.
- Soakaways and surface-water drainage to carry rainwater away from your pitch.
- Roadways in tarmac, concrete or gravel, from a single driveway to roads across a larger site.
- Parking areas and footpaths for safe, clear access to your caravan.
- Site clearance and levelling. We’re registered waste carriers, so we can take the waste away too.
Our own team carries out caravan bases. We’re fully insured and approved by SafeContractor and CHAS. For larger or specialist jobs such as roadways, we use trusted partners we’ve worked with for many years, and we manage the project for you.

What you’ll need to arrange
We take care of the physical work on your site. Before work starts, please check with your local council whether you need planning permission or a caravan site licence.
A new septic tank or cesspool may also need building regulations approval, and septic tanks must meet Environment Agency rules. Arranging these approvals and permits is your responsibility, but we’re happy to tell you what we’ve seen work on similar sites.

It depends on the caravan, your ground conditions and how long it will stay there. A strip base costs less and suits many sites. A full base gives a cleaner, longer-term finish. We’ll recommend the right option after seeing your site.
